“A great way to see Mt Vesuvius and Pompeii. The hike up the volcano was moderate and you need to be pretty quick to get up and back in the time they provide. Make sure you wear good footwear too. Getting to see the crater with smoke coming out was incredible! The tour at Pompeii was great, the place is huge so it was nice getting shown all the most interesting parts with a guide. The lunch was a simple pizza bust very tasty. Only downside was the bus, it was quite old a bit cramped, the aircon was also freezing for everyone on board.”

“This was my poorest Viator tour experience. Our guide Sasa was great, but it was raining and some guests were poorly prepared for the experience in the rain so we had to cut our tour a little short. Guest should be advised to wear sturdy shoes and bring a rain jacket and umbrella. We also.spent probably four hours in transit or waiting for only 90 minutes or less of touring. One other thing was that they changed the pickup time and place with less than 12 hours notice which was difficult for us because we had already arranged transit to our pickup point and had to scramble at the end…”
